Cat Dream Jar

Every once in a while I make some of these out of Cholla. Cholla is a type of cactus, and the inner wood skeleton of the plant is amazing stuff. It is already hollowed out so it has an inner space perfect for holding hopes and dreams. The cat head is carved from cottonwood root. It pops off to act as a lid, keeping all of your hopes and dreams safe within.

The cat has a bottom and top rim made of maple.
